THE ECONOMY
The Tampa-MSA is ranked 15th nationally in quality of life based on jobs, income and output. Ranked 10th nationwide in projected employment gain between 1998 and 2025, the Tampa-MSA is the only Florida metro area listed in the top 10.This economy is on the move.It’s a job market heavy in services and retail with a constant flow of back-office jobs into the area with ambitions to grow out of its high tech manufacturing capabilities.
