Make one time-saving call for bids and discounts on any combination of locations. Get updates and progress reports from one or all selected locations.
PREMIUM FIELD SUPPORT SERVICES
• Placing holds and obtaining bids from each city (up to 2 holds/bids per city)
• Final booking of facilities once client has made decisions
• Getting references from facilities (if requested by client)
• Reviewing of client screener/provide comments as appropriate
• Distribution of client supplied final screener to facilities
• Monitoring facilities' progress
• Reviewing grids for accuracy/completeness and progress every other day
• Creation of grid template for continuity
• Informing Facility of Special Services/Suppliers needed (i.e. videographer)
• Transmitting grids to client every other day or more frequently as requested
• Informing client of advance funds required by facilities
• Advising facilities about supplies, equipment, catering and product requirements
• Post project review: Incentives/show rates
• Examining final bill. To handle complete billing and payments, arrangements must be made in advance.
