Client Assistants: A client assistant is assigned exclusively for the entire period clients are here and sits immediately next to the client room to handle all requests for service, including high-speed and/or color copying.
Computers: Each client room is equipped with a computer and printer for exclusive use. High-speed Internet access, digital and analog phone lines in all rooms.
Audio/Video/DVD: Audio and video cassette tapes and DVD recordings are routinely provided without charge for each group.
VideoMarker (CDs): Service is available, but good planning suggests you request it in advance.
Videoconferencing and Video Streaming: Via FocusVision® and ActiveGroup®. All of our rooms are equipped to accommodate clients.
Interviewer and Notetakers: In general we do not compete with our own client-moderators, but can on request provide an interviewer for mostly closed-end questions. Please, arrange in advance.
Inside Recruiting: We do virtually all of our own recruiting with experienced personnel and supervisors. They may be assisted on urgent jobs by expert recruiters in our Tampa and New Jersey offices.
Client Service Managers: Your client service manager provides one-stop service, handling everything from bids to billing, checking in on you when you arrive here, too. There is plenty of backup for those times when illness or vacations intervene.
