TAi-Denver, Inc. is located at the heart of downtown Denver on the 31st Floor of 370 17th Street. This 9,100 sq. ft. opinion research/focus group facility occupies an entire side of the 56 story Republic Plaza Building, bounded by 16th and 17th Streets on the west and east, and by Court and Tremont Places. It’s a great place from which to study the Denver market, one of the most prominent in 8 or 10 surrounding states.

Travel Tips To And From The Airport
• Allow an hour: 30-40 minutes for shuttle ($19.00), cab ($50.00)
or car rental, then at least 20 minutes to traverse the airport itself.
• The shuttle is very convenient, runs every 15 minutes, and is relatively inexpensive to or from any downtown hotel.
• Directions to downtown: Pena Blvd. to I-70 west, to Exit 275B. Left at Brighton Blvd. which becomes Broadway as you approach downtown. TAi is located in the Republic Plaza between 16th and 17th Streets and Tremont and Court Places. See map.

 A Special Place
Our building faces the Denver Pavillion and the 16th Street pedestrian mall which runs 1-1/2 miles from one end of the downtown district (state capitol and courts) to the other (the trendy Lodo district of clubs and entertainment). The entire mall is easily traveled on free buses and is very popular. We’re four blocks from the Convention Center, surrounded by hotels.
Bus lines and light rail systems also cross this downtown section, giving most Denver residents easy access to the downtown.
